RG left yesterday for a golf trip with friends to California. I'm always a little nervous to sleep without him home, and top that with us being in our new house. Needless to say we didn't get much sleep last night. This crazy storm rolled in and about 11pm our power went out, then one little girl got in my bed, then a few minutes later another little girl. It was getting REALLY hot in the house, and after several hours of sweating I called TXU in a cloudy fog around 1:45am. I was on hold for about 1 hour, and was drifting off to sleep by their wonderful elevator hold music. Our power didn't come back on until around 4:30am!!!! I looked out this morning and saw some of the new landscaping bent over..............must have been a strong storm. Sure hate you missed all the fun last night RG!!!!!!

Ugh, I hate nights like those! Sorry you didn't get any sleep. We should have had a slumber party....
